Basic In-Home Design Consultation

A 1.5 -2 hour consultation in your home discussing colour (paint selection), layout, furniture options and some sourcing suggestions. The client is encouraged to take notes and ask lots of questions. Prior to consultation the client is asked to fill out a questionnaire and provide info about the space, this makes the consultation more productive. This is a basic package with no drawings or samples provided.

Space planning

Detailed site measure, to-scale floor plans with two furniture layout options.

Style and colour

A comprehensive design and style recommendation for the space. Includes paint selection, fabric options, furniture and window treatment style. It may also include finishes and fixture recommendations if needed.

Custom furniture and window treatments

Fabric selection, design, sourcing, delivery and installation.

Sourcing resource list

A specified list of the design elements discussed and where to source them.

Feng Shui consultation

1.5 - 2 in-home consultation assessing the space with key Feng Shui tools and techniques. Includes a follow-up Feng Shui profile and review, a Feng Shui starter kit and access via email for any follow-up questions for up to a month after the initial visit.

All the above packages are done by flat fee which will vary depending on the project scope and size of the space.

Additional project execution and management

Morris Design will manage a client's project from concept to execution if requested. This service is done at our hourly rate.
